DON'T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT.

This was by far one of the best contractor experiences. First I was contacted almost immediately on inquiry, second all time lines and expectations were clear, quote was direct and transparent, and after work was complete had great transparency to what was done.

I had an excellent experience with this roofing company from start to finish. They arrived on time for every appointment, provided a very detailed and thorough quote, and took the time to explain the scope of work so there were no surprises. The work was completed exactly as promised, and the quality met all of my expectations. What really stood out was their communication. They followed up throughout the entire process to make sure everything was on track and that I was satisfied with the results. It’s refreshing to work with a company that is professional, reliable, and truly values customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, dependable roofing professionals!

Wish I could give ten stars, Hunter made the entire roofing project so simple from start to finish. There was always excellent communication and straight forward pricing, expectations, etc. Hunter went above and beyond from coming out twice prior to the contract signing, getting the most ridiculous documents together for our stupid HOA, and keeping us informed every single step of the way. After three different companies coming out, not only was Gravity the best price wise and for quality but Hunter’s personality and professionalism was the defining factor in our choice to go with a new roof from Gravity. We are very pleased with our new roof and the hard work Gravity put in on our roof.

Hunter and company were very good at communication, expectations and professionalism. They were able to finish our roof in a a day and a half. They were punctual and efficient. They offered finance options and their invoicing was easy to use. The roof looks awesome and will help with cutting insurance costs. Their pricing was competitive. We had 3 quotes and they came in the best for equal quality products and a superior warranty-which is invaluable in Florida. Highly recommend.

We recently hired Gravity to remove a couple old skylights, a couple roof penetrations, and a chimney. They gave me a solid quote and started work a week later. They showed up each day on time, covered any gaps overnight, and completed on day 3. The house is 1 story and has a shingle roof. They were able to match the color very well and I really don't think anyone will be able to tell that work was done. They used solid plywood to close up the hole and we have had a couple really strong rain storms since and not a drop ever entered the house. (Not during or after). We recommend checking them out and we will use them again in the future.

Taz was a super great guy to work with. The process with him was super smooth. Our new metal roof looks absolutely amazing and our neighbors have stopped us to comment how great it looks. Of course there were some bumps along the process but everything is being corrected and it is stunning!

Outstanding job by Daniel inspecting our roof for a possible water leak. While the leak was not in the roof, he went way above expectations to find the leak in our wall. He even provided us with the tools and instructions to fix the wall ourselves. Highly recommend Daniel and Gravity roofing for their honesty and customer focus.

Gravity roofing was top notch for a roof repair that I needed done. They evaluated the problem very quickly, communicated incredibly well, documented their findings and all work and the pricing was more than reasonable. When my roof needs to be replaced, I know who I'll be calling. Thank you!

This is one great and HONEST company. The owner came out for the detailed and thorough inspection. Quoted me a very fair price and then got me on the calendar to get the job done. I was kept informed all the way from start to finish. Adam showed up this morning. Right on schedule and didn't stop until he was done. Then showed me photos of before and after work and everything was perfect. What a great job!! I would definitely hire Gravity Roofing in the future. Gravity Roofing did an incredible job, the installers worked from sunrise to after sunset. There was communication before the project started, till project ended , with update pictures the whole time. Justin, (our representative) was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. We cannot be any happier picking Gravity Roofing!
